Yes. In most cases it can be done via email or WhatsApp. Simply send us the picture of your space with rough measurements and the style you are after. It will allow us to provide you with an estimate cost for your project

Yes. If the remote option is not suitable for you our designer can pop in and meet you at your place. We charge a design development fee of £100 which includes detailed designs for up to 3 spaces. For each additional space we would charge £50. This fee is fully refundable against your order.

Two revision rounds are given initially, we would usually charge for any additional changes, but it happens quite rarely.

Yes, but the design development fee won’t be refunded, as that covers the amount of work already done.

For most of the projects it will take between 6-8 weeks to produce the order and we are counting from the moment the production drawings have been confirmed and sent to our workshop.

1st deposit of 20% once the drawings and cost are confirmed and approved by you. 2nd deposit of 70% after engineer’s visit and confirmation of production drawings. Snagging holdback of 10% is payable after full installation and your approval.

Structural warranty is 15 years. Ironmongery warranty (hinges, drawer’s runners, handles etc.) is between 5-20 years.
