    The best way to start is by completing our Fitted Project Specification form, which usually takes around 5–10 minutes.
    This allows us to fully understand your project, requirements, and budget, so we can come back to you within 1–2 working days with feasible options.

    We can then:

    • Discuss the project in more detail via a Zoom consultation
    • Provide an initial estimate based on the information supplied
    • Invite you to our showroom to review materials, finishes, and examples of our work

    Yes — in many cases we can provide an initial estimate remotely via email.

    To do this accurately, we recommend:

    • Completing our enquiry form
    • Sharing photos of the space
    • Providing rough measurements
    • Indicating the style or finish you are after

    This information allows us to offer more considered options and, where appropriate, suggest alternative specifications that may better suit your space or budget.



    We do not offer free site visits.

    Instead, we provide a Detailed Design Consultation, which is a comprehensive and in-depth service. This includes:

    • A designer visit to your home
    • Accurate measurements of the space
    • Discussion of layout, storage needs, materials, finishes, and colours
    • Preparation of bespoke design drawings
    • A detailed quotation following the visit

    In many cases, a detailed estimate can still be provided remotely based on the information you supply.



    We design and install truly bespoke furniture from scratch, and each project requires significant professional time and attention.

    A design visit involves:

    • Designer time on site
    • Travel and logistics
    • Detailed measurements
    • Design development from a blank canvas
    • Follow-up discussions and revisions

    For this reason, we do not offer this service for free and instead prefer to deliver it properly and transparently, without cutting corners.



    Free site visits are often part of a different business model.

    Many national companies rely on standardised products and higher marketing spend. The free visit is typically focused on progressing a sale quickly, sometimes with large discounts, rather than developing a truly bespoke solution.

    Our approach focuses on made-to-measure design, careful planning, and furniture built specifically for your space.

    We still encourage you to complete the enquiry form and enter:

    • A rough figure
    • A comfortable budget range
    • Or a maximum amount you would like to stay within

    Any guidance you provide is extremely helpful and allows us to propose realistic options and different specification routes for your project.



    For most projects, lead time is 6–8 weeks.
    This is counted from the moment the production drawings are approved and sent to our workshop.


    Our standard payment structure is:
    • 20% deposit once drawings and costs are confirmed and approved
    • 70% payment after engineer’s visit and confirmation of Final Designs
    • 10% snagging holdback payable after full installation and your approval


    • Structural warranty: 15 years
    • Ironmongery warranty (hinges, drawer runners, mechanisms): 5–20 years, depending on manufacturer
